Health & Wellbeing for All

The H Club has grown due to its principles of providing high quality, reliable First Aid, Health & Wellbeing Training and Services to:

- businesses, public and commercial organisations as well as community groups and as private individuals
- throughout every aspect of their lives as: employment, parenting, grand-parenting, caring, sports activities, voluntary work, health and social support activities
- to people of all ages: infants, babies, children, mums, dads, grandparents and those in the most senior of years.

Promote and explore wider access to different aspects of Health, Safety, Work-Life Balance and Wellbeing techniques for the local population, ie sports therapy, remedial massage, First Aid training services

Facilitate information transfer and education, enabling informed choice about health, wellbeing, work-life balance and lifestyle issues by members of the public, ie facts and information about different therapies and wellbeing techniques, stress management, work-life balance, baby massage tuition

Develop a full service network of health and wellbeing practitioners to deliver practical, realistic therapeutic wellbeing techniques and services to both individuals and organisations, ie private and corporate delivery of massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, reiki and other complementary therapies

 

Make available a register of Health, Wellbeing and Complementary Therapy practitioners prepared to deliver treatments, talks, workshops, training and demonstrations to groups, ie list of members with town locator and direct contact mechanism for complementary therapies and other wellbeing techniques including indian head massage demonstrations, diet talks

The H Club promotes the use of Health & Wellbeing services to business employers, employees, community groups, carers, private clients, medical personnel and anyone interested in wellbeing on behalf of a club of independent, professionally qualified practitioner members, working from home based studios and rented studio locations, clinics, spas, sports locations and workplace venues across the UK.
