Our policy of respect for each other For those members attending The H Club activities, please remember we have to arrange activities on your behalf.   Please ensure you give us sufficient advance notice of your intent to participate or simply let us know if you do not wish to join in.  Participation is not mandatory but it is only polite to advise us if you change your mind or simply don't fancy attending.

We thank you for advising us of any special requirements or of non-attendance at least 48 hours in advance.
