On Site Acupressure
 
Clients are seated in an ergonomic chair that takes the entire wight of your body, inducing a feeling of floating. On site acupressure has its roots in a traditional Japanese massage called Anma. The client remains fully clothed and the therapist uses specialized techniques utilizing therapists arms, hands and elbows, coupled with stretching and joint mobilization techniques. Various acupressure points are stimulated to bring about a sense of wellbeing. Seated acupressure massage is also a popular type of massage for those people wishing to have a gentler, calming massage  This therapy both relaxes yet energises the client. Treatment time 10 minutes to twenty five.

Chair-based  massage

Massage is proven to have many benefits such as, relieving muscle spasms, improving flexibility and range of motion, increasing the ease and efficiency of movement and improving posture through changing tension patterns that affect posture (Gale Encyclopaedia of Alternative Medicine).  A highly specialized workplace massage of the body which incorporates a multitude of therapies. 

A total experience of bliss and balance.  Using dressed massage techniques, this treatment helps the body to rid toxins by lymph drainage, shiatsu and massage as well as many other techniques. A back, neck shoulder, and scalp takes 15-20 minutes.  Qualified practitioners apply a targeted sequence of massage techniques which revitalises and also removes aches and pains in this clothed massage.

Indian head massage
 
Massage of the head neck and shoulders, carried out in the same ergonomic chair as the on site acupressure or on a stool or low backed chair as available in the workplace. Various marma points are addressed on the head and body to bring about a sense of wellbeing. Massage from 10 to 25 minutes. 

Reiki 

Commonly known as 'energy healing', this is a safe, hands-on therapy used for relaxation, relieving body pains and stress relief in sessions from 15-25 minutes duration.

Reflexology  

This is a therapy that has its roots in ancient China and Egyptian cultures. The theory is that the human body and all its parts and organs are mirrored on the feet, hands and ears. Usually the therapist works on the feet using a number of specialized techniques to clear blockages thus bringing about a sense of wellbeing. The corporate version of this therapy last around 25 minutes.  Reflexology works on the reflex maps of the hands and feet and is designed to encourage the body to restore a natural, healthy balance. 

Foot massage

Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of mobilising those tissues. 

This is a massage that mobilizes the joints and works on the reflex areas of the feet. It is a combination of massage and use of reflex points. A stimulating and energising therapy it takes around 25 minutes.

Acupressure head massage

This massage is performed fully clothed and works the Acupressure points of the scalp using specialised techniques. The head neck and shoulders are also massaged. To relax and invigorate the self. 15 to 25 minute treatment. 

Hand Massage

Massage therapy affects the circulation of blood and the flow of blood and lymph, reduces muscular tension, effects the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and enhance tissue healing.  This form of massage is excellent at helping to combat RSI and typically relieves cramps and circulation issues typical in those who have protracted periods of computer useage.

Sports/Remedial massage 

An extremely popular treatment usually given before and after vigorous activity. It improves the endurance and efficiency of muscles, relieves muscle tension and helps prevent injury. This deep tissue massage is also suitable for those who want a firm massage to rid the body of toxins and loosen tight muscles to aid relaxation.
