LEGISLATIVE COMPLIANCE 

From 1 October 2009 new changes to the first aid training regime were introduced to give businesses and organisations greater flexibility. While legislation remains the same, there are changes to the supporting guidance.  This has affected the structure of First Aid support within organisations and the frequency and duration of training.

The H Club courses reflect these changes and follow latest recommendations and requirements.

Approved by the Health and Safety Executive (GB) for the purposes of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 Act, the First Aid at Work courses delivered by The H Club meet requirements and standards for businesses operating in Great Britain.   

The Paediatric First Aid Care for Children courses meet EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) requirements of OFSTED and are also internationally recognised and, due to the flexibility of the system of training, different learning approaches may be used to meet workplace requirements for course content and duration.
