The H Club First Aid Training & Resources for Health & Safety
Kinesiology Workshop

Who should study Kinesiology

Suitable for those who wish to learn about Kinesiology or who wish to become Professional Wellbeing practitioners skilled in the use of Kinesiology Muscle Testing.

It is a pre-requisite that learners show insight and are prepared to work on their own. They should be sensitive to the physical and emotional needs of others and able to communicate emotionally and verbally.  Learners should have a good understanding of anatomy and physiology and nutrition prior to embarking on this workshop.

Learners are encouraged and taught how to be aware of their own body energies and nutritional needs. This helps them to understand the role of energy meridians and of nutrients in the health and wellbeing of the body.

The workshop leads to an accredited certificate in Kinesiology Muscle Testing for successful graduates.

You will gain the knowledge, experience and qualifications needed to use safe and correct muscle testing, which may improve the health and wellbeing of clients.

The emphasis is on experiential learning and students learn by peer practice. During the course, you will have the opportunity to see Kinesiology Muscle Testing in practice.

The course aims to:

Teach the fundamental techniques of Kinesiology Muscle Testing.
